I received my one and only call from these people 1/6/2011. I spoke with a Mrs Thompson who stated that this was regarding a civil suit involving my social security number. I asked her to send a copy of the original debt, and she stated that I already knew all about it and that the previous debt collector had sent me letters(I never received any). She told me that if payment or an arrangement was not made that she was going to tell the arbitration department to proceed with the lawsuit and that papers had been filed on 1/5/2011.
