Ticket #: 4007688079 Another life lesson: Do NOT purchase a Samsung Plasma TV! 8 months ago we bought a SAMSUNG 58 in. PLASMA for nearly $2, 000. TV looked like fireworks went off inside. Wolf's Service Center sent a guy to take pics, were sent to New Jersey where they viewed & DENIED our warranty So... we are just screwed..Why can't they just send a tech to look at it?
