A DVD was rented in late August, 2010 and returned the next day. The DVD in the case did not match the title on the case. On January 4, 2011, our account was debited for $36.43. Customer service was called and we were told the movie was not returned. The best they could do was refund us $15 in 7-10 business days. The supervisor did state that he would have the box 'serviced'. and if the movie was located, the remaining balance would be refunded.
