My son ordered 2 wristbands for a friend for his birthday for 14.95. It was supposed to take 3 days. 1 wk later we got an email saying they didn't understand our request (which is just a point and click symbol from their own site). We responded immediately. On 12/23 I get a phonecall saying they don't understand the symbol. I cancel the order and they tell me they will keep $10 for processing. I tell them the birthday is passed...it's too late.
