Placed an online order for a television. Completed check-out. Next day, I got a call trying to sell me add-on services and uneeded extra equipment. OK - this can be put down to (perhaps overly) aggressive business practices. However, when I turned down all the extras, they suddenly came up with a $45 "mandatory shipping insurance charge" that wasn't mentioned anywhere on their site or during the checkout process. Can there be any doubt that this business is crooked? I'm now in the process of trying to cancel the order. read full review »
