I rented from Redbox & returned the movie a few days late. Now I find a $50 charge on my bank account. When I called their "customer service" line they claimed I had not only kept the movie, but that I had rented from them 56 times!!! I don't believe they even have that many titles available. I've rented from them maybe 4 times at the most. What a terrible service! I will NEVER rent from them again & I'm prepared to take legal action as well. read full review »
