The telephone number you have to call is not an 800 number, so I have been calling and the wait time is forever, no way to get through to them. I tried on-line and STILL no way to cancel. They charged my credit card, which is how I knew THEY were signing me up for another year. I tried to file a complaint with the credit card company, because the credit card they had, had been cancelled, but I guess the credit card company automatically transfers to the new credit card. But they filed my complaint to CLASSMATES, and guess what Classmares said I did not contact them...HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE????? read full review »
