Dear Sir, I have Cancelled my broadband connection subscriber ID 4142300625 and BillingAccountNo.100000114667982 very before, due to the power shut off in broadband connection everyday routinely for 2 Hrs in day time. Before Cancellation, I have logged the complaint to resolve this issue nearly 6 times (have reference complaint Numbers.), unfortunately the problem was still continuiung in our city.
