france telecom have failed to reconnect my landline since promising to do so back in October. I have contacted them 17 times and have been given false promises each time, such as (please wait ten days) (please wait 48hrs) (your line is under construction) (there seems to be a technical fault) I have internet provision through the landline so why oh why can't they provide me with a telephone connection.
