ordered from house of fraser 28th dec still have not received my order.After ringing on the 5th and complaining i was told by a Bernadette (manager???) she would speak to her manager and ring back that was a lie because I am still waiting for that phone call Their delivery tracking might as well be in a foreign language as the customer cannot understand it and looks as though the delivery is going around in circles??? i have been trying to ring them over the past 2 days to no avail all I hear is MOBI whatever number on the auto system I... read full review »
