I cancelled my account with DS Waters last October 2010 because of poor service and was charged a cancellation fee, was charged $112.96 on my credit card November 26, 2010 for that cancellation fee. I set up an appointment for them to pick up the 4 empty bottles which they never pick up. On December 27, 2010 they charged my credit card with another $ 70.19! I called their hotline 1800-4WATERS multiple times to address this unauthorized charges and set up appointments to pick up the empty bottles. Up to this present date emty bottles has not been pick up and the unauthorized charges in my credit card not been return. read full review »
