This utilitity company takes advantage of rural Texans by overcharging their custoners. Their monimum monthly rate in Raywood, Texas is 4 times the rate of other utility providers including the Ames Minglewood Water supply Corp., the City of Dayton and the City of Liberty. They do not read their meters monthly which results in a outrageous bill in one month even considering you useage on a monthly basis is below the minimum.
