My WM2016CW washing machine died December 24th while washing a housecoat. I phoned LG, and was referred to their warranty service agents Trans Global Services. I got a recording, left a message, and then filled in an online request for servicing. I phoned back Monday the 27th to check on my request for servicing. They said no record of my request existed, and I should go to Home Depot and get them to fax my purchase records to them. I did this.
