Purchased a one way ticket on Mon, price changed on Tues by $60. cheaper, they will not do anything for you..their policy is to refund the difference ... IF...someone else purchases a ticket for the same day, same flight & also would have to be a oneway ticket... too many "IF's" ..Orbitz blames United, United blames Orbitz & stated Orbitz would have to make a refund, but it has to be within their "IF's" to qualify, what a rip off, customer is just out of luck. read full review »
