I went to the store on Sunday January 2, 2011 to replace my mobile phone through the replacement service agreement that I previously bought. After having to stand there waiting while the clerk was on the phone with them, I find out that I have to wait for an email to get a gift card to replace my phone! I think this is the most ridiculious way of conducting business.
