Assured Asset Preservation is a total joke. Don't bother wasting your time with this sham of a company. Robyn Yaeger was able to talk me into servicing a group of properties in the Bay Area several months ago. Two days into working on the properties I started to receive rude calls from a partner by the name of Rob Koustik who apparently also is in charge of payment.
