Fell for some sob story about a young guy needing "points" to earn a trip or whatever. He said I could write a check but that the company always called before cashing them to make sure it was ok. Said that if you sent back the signed document canceling it on the back within 3 days you'd receive your original check back, voided. I realized after he left and I checked online that it was a scam, so went to the post office and mailed the signed thing priority mail with delivery confirmation and two days later the check went through my... read full review »
