I bought a wireless USB adapter. When I pay the product, I asked sales girl whether I can get it returned if it's not worked in my computer. The sales girl said "YES". However, I couldn't get it returned or exchanged. They said I opened the product already. What the hell is that? It's cheating. How I know whether it's worked in my computer or not if I not opened it? Cheating! Cheating! Cheating! They didn't tell in 1st place when I bought it!!!
