I received a missed call so I returned the call and the E R S person answered. As I gave her my information she said that I was not in her system. I received a letter a couple days later saying I am in collections with SPRINT and I owe them 851.55 So I called SPRINT right away and it ended up being 370.00 and she stated that a collection company bought my account for 373.00 after there fees and the amount they bought the account for I owe double. well I called E R S back and explained it all to her 30 minutes later they found my account? after... read full review »
