I use Yellow cab frequently by means of transportaion. I had a severe spine injury and am now disabled. Ive had many problems with their service but the last time I called to get a ride to the store was it for me. After getting picked up, I was taken to the store and the driver was pretty angry because it was a short distance and since he came all the way from Waterbury, he claims he wasnt making money...in other words, he doesnt benefit financially.
