I purchased a jacket online with Burberry and returned it 28 days after I received it. Burberry sent the jacket back to me more than 2 months later without any notice, stating that their 30-day policy begins when the item is sent from the warehouse. I was shocked that they hold consumers responsible for items that aren't even yet in their possession. With Burberry, shipment takes at least 5 days. Of course, I thought that the timeline started when the product was delivered to my house. Their return policy is inherently unfair and misleading as it's not actually a 30-day return period, but 25 days or less. read full review »
