What a nightmare! My husband recently re-booked award tickets to Belize. I made the changes in December. At the end of the call, just after the agent confirmed payment detaisl, we were disconnected. I immediately called back and was told that the updated reservations were in the system and we were good to go. A few days ago, it occured to me that I hadn't received any kind of email confirmation.
