My husbands bank was switched from a non interest charging account to an additions plus account charging £16 per month. No permission was obtained from my husband for this or consultation and as an elderly man he did not understand what they had done. They took £600 off him before he realised and only gave £180 back.. has anyone else got a similiar story? read full review »
