They refused to serve us steamed lobsters whole. We have gotten 2-3 lb lobsters each, steamed whole at Red Lobster for years. If this is a new policy, then we will take our business some where else. An average dinner for us is at least 2-3 hundred dollars. Please let me know. My mother went to this Bossier location and ordered a lobster dinner, and when they presented her with the lobster that was broken in half, they were rude and the manager said she must pay for the meal.
