Since being assigned to this firm for a credit card debt I owed I have had nothing but rude, insulting, unaware customer service representatives with this firm. I started out with one representative whom promised to take care of a couple of items, that I needed to live for the two weeks after they garnished my checking account and savings, taking every cent I had.
