They advertise $15 lockout service. YEs, that sounds too good to be true, so we expected they might quote $100 when they arrived at the locked car with the keys inside, running, in the snow. They quoted us one price, charged us that plus more, and long story short, charged us $160 to get into the truck. Look at the website...Says $15 in huge letters all over it. All they do is add a charge to some local locksmith. Feel totally ripped off. Phone went dead while haggling, charger in locked vehicle, so couldn't call another service, so was trapped.
