I have been going to this radio shack and they have been giving me the run around. when I first bought the phone from radio shack I was assisted by the store manager at the time. Rafael. Then less than 3 months later the phone stops charging. I tried my husbands charger and it didn't work. So I finally did some research on the Internet and found out it was the USB port.
