Going into friendly's hasnever been such a disappointment. However, on january 6, 2011, i decided to go to Friendly's for my lunch break. Little did i know that when i order my cryspy chicken ceaser wrap with french fries that took about 15 minutes to make, was top with a mini hairball (HAIR!) I had no clue of this until i actually was about to eat it. I then decided to go back to the restaurant to tell the manager of this unpleasant disgusting mistake they had made.
