This company ripped me off. I placed an order authorizing payment $87.13 from my account. The product arrived on the 9th day after purchase date. Window for returns: must be mailed within 10 days from date of purchase. I called and spoke to customer service representative who REFUSED to provide me with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
