Sales ad washer and dyers 3 weeks back ordered and never offered to do a store to store transfer. Bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator and tv stand from best buy. They price matched and were a 110% better sales crew. I spoke with the manager of your store and was no help. I spent right at $3, 000 at best buy today and I have been in retail As a manager for over ten years. I can't believe how sears conducts business.
