I ordered what I thought were genuine UGG boots at a discount price. Order was placed 12/18/10. They arrived but I was disappointed to see they were obvious fakes and poor quality at that. I attempted to put them on and the cord holding one of the buttons broke. I wrote asking for return directions and a refund. I was given "the run around".
