This was never resolved on my part. Sears sent a repair man to take the door apart to clean the window (can not be reached any other way). It took him quite some time to do it. When I asked him what am I supposed to do when it gets dirty again when I clean it, I can not take the door apart, he suggested the only way is to manually clean my oven, so its not dirty when the self clean is used.
