I'm reading all the complaints I'm having the same problems its going on a year now and I still cant get my loan modification they come up with all different reasons like you didn't check box [a] or you didn't send all your bank statements, well my Bank sent all of them by fax at my bank and I got all my copy's I payed a dollar a copy and I sent alot of copy's to them.
