As a landlord, we have to evict tenants on occasion. On two separate occasions we have had to deal with this company because the tenants rented from them. We have always followed the law when it comes to our evictions and by law we are required to remove all possessions after an eviction is completed and a sheriff has removed the the tenants from the property.
