Apparently thousands of websites have fallen for this scam by posting their FAKE award press releases. Here is the best part ... they gave my site an award "recognized as New York Best of Business 2010" and it's a Sedo parking page and has been for years. Search for Ignoring Criminal Email Reports to see all of my complaints against AOL This email address was reported to AOL in August 2010 (5 months ago). It's still being used for a scam !!! AOL has been sent repeated notices about an email address being used for a scam over a 3 month period. Complaints have been sent to abuse at aol and abuse at aim . Googling the subject shows 6, 400 results for the scam. Why would a company like AOL not terminate the account?
