I, too, ordered the buy one, get one free chef basket. I agreed to upgrade my order to stainless steel for an additional $4.99 per basket. Once I clicked on Submit Order, the charge shown was $63.92 even though I declined several of the other offers available. I was able to submit a cancellation, but was told to call back in 48 hours to confirm that the cancellation went through. I plan to refuse the order if my cancellation is not processed. read full review »
