Purchase made on 12/23; website stated product would ship within 48 hours for delivery in 3-5 days; there were no statments about holiday hours or shipping restrictions on the website so I was presuming the order would go out before Christmas. This was perfect for my plans, as it was a last minute belated Christmas gift, which my family would be celebrating the first week of January due to my work schedule.
