Store 199. What is the purpose of having a manager if they can't help you as a customer? I took an unopened merchandise back after the holidays. Told cashier it was a present. She did it as a credit to the card. I explained to her it was a present. She said she couldn't cancel transaction. Her manager got involved. He basically said that he heard her side and couldn't help. He told me to leave the store. read full review »
