Well, it's just like all the other complaints...credit card charged and that's the end of it! Item purchased 12-08-10, shipped (?) 12-28-10, nothing since! No return email contact, no person returning phone messages, no shipping tracking number, no product arrival. I will give them one more week to get the item to me or I will also notify the bank, better business bureau, and police department of credit card abuse.
