I mistakenly left an expensive scarf on United Airlines flight 347 from LAX to BOS on Sunday, December 5, 2010. I called within an hour of the flight's arrival time and reported it (which took about an hour on the phone to finally get a human to help me). I called 5 times, to their useless "lost and found" number, which only referred you to an online site. I reported it 3 times on the online site.
