We were over charged in December for a previous rental. A month we were not there for. We transferred our electric to a new location and we know they understood this or our power wound not be on here. Working with their customer service department gets you no understanding. They simply like to find a way to extort your deposit from you any way they can. It is time for Deregulation of power companies in this state.
