I received 3 baskets with 8 1/2 x 11 instruction sheets included (2 sheets each). One of the sheets was copied in the landscape mode instead of the portrait mode which resulted in 1/2 of the instructions missing on all three sets. I called Chef Basket to request new instruction sheets and the customer service rep wanted to sell me more baskets to get new instruction sheets! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep told me that he/she was on another line. This went on for 15 minutes and finally she disconnected me. read full review »
