This is the most pathetic service I have received from any car dealership. Driving a bmw you would expect the service to live up to the brand but unfortunately not with this dealership. to cut a long story short I had to take my car in 3 times to finally get my issues sorted out which should be standard replacements of parts, no feedback received from service advisor and just passing the buck on the issue.
