We purchased a Toshiba Satellite Laptop from Game in Oct 09. In Jan the laptops hard drive crashed and we called Game. They told us we needed to speak to Incredible Solutions which handle their PC problems. I spoke to one consultant who told me to return the laptop. I asked my husband to call the next day again and the consultant tried to assist but also said we needed to return the machine to Game which we did.
