On February 9th 2010 I upgraded my cell phone contract and according to the Summer Mobile consultant, the new handsets would be delivered to me in a max of 10 working days and someone would call me 24 hours before delivery. Guess what it's day 10 and nothing was delivered. I called them was on hold for 17 minutes before speaking to Lolo who could not confirm when the handsets would be delivered.
