Repeatedly emailed for a refund and cancellation. Web site has 100% money back and 30 day warranty seal. The emails coming back are for tech support issues. Live chat person can't help for a refund. The last email said to keep it for 7 days and email again asking for a refund. It's a scam. Found other identical complaints about this same company from other users on Rip Off Report. This company is a scam and needs to be reported. I do not know what else to do at this time. Help. read full review »
