Laundry list of bad service, Telkom's terrible service never ceases to amaze. I have an ADSL contract with Telkom, and I moved cities, was told that my account would be charged with R4500 because they could not move the contract directly, but once the new line was installed, the R4500 would be cleared from my account. 1. Handed in application for a line transfer on the 15th January, took them 6 days just to figure out what to do with it, application only processed on the 26th. 2.
