Moving connection was paid double for our furniture removal by mistake. Four months down the line we are still waiting after a number of attempts to retrieve these monies and additional costs as our orginal location was changed. Neither Carol nor Lanette have been helpful, each attempt has a response of excuses as to why our monies has not been returned and how they are managing the process.
