I called emerson to registrar my microwave in case anything happens since this one is replacing one that was broken and no longer cover under the agreement so being extra careful this time. Well no story short I was told I couldnot do it hold on to receipt which alway fade after a couple of weeks, well I guess that's the way wiggling out of replacing there product GOOD ONE EMERSON I will never buy another emerson product ever and tell all my friends and their friends also I work in the retail industry I will tell my customer to stay away from that product unless they change their practice.
