After storing my goods with the DBN branch for 5 years, I had them delivered in JHB on the 19Feb2010 only to find them in an appalling state. Not only were they badly damaged (soiled, dented, scratched, chipped with missing screws and door handles), they were also one double bed short (base&mattress). To my surprise, instead of my double bed, a stained queen mattress with 2 single bases was delivered. I refused to receive it as it did not belong to me.
